155 Federal Street and 10 High Street, at the corner of Federal and High Streets, just one block from South Station and steps from the Rose Kennedy Greenway, are a connected pair of buildings at the center of the Boston's financial district. Constructed in 1984, 155 Federal Street offers 11,000 square feet of modern office space on each floor. The main lobby was renovated in 2006, and features unique Hawaiian Koa millwork, produced from one of the largest deadfall specimens ever exported. 10 High Street is a classic building that was constructed in 1914.
