John Power, Principal
John began his career in the commercial brokerage business with Peter Elliot and Company and was later a principal of Whittier Partners (CB Richard Ellis). John is known for not only his business acumen but, more notably, for his passion for real estate. At Farley White, John's focus is on asset management and financing, but it is his insight and intuition that have really contributed to the success of Farley White's properties. John is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and, when he isn't thinking about buildings, John can be found golfing, skiing or sailing.
Sam Altreuter, Principal
Sam began his career in commercial development in 1980 with Spaulding and Slye, managing the development of office buildings in the greater Boston area. Sam's meticulous valuation process has resulted in Farley White's well-fortified balance sheet. With his astute business sense, Sam has overseen the permitting, design and development of over twenty commercial buildings during his career. Sam is a graduate of Tufts University and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. When he's not crunching numbers, Sam is often skiing down New England ski slopes or sailing off the North Shore of Massachusetts.
